The next viral internet star has no need for the latest Prada purse. Busty 20-year-old Winter Pierzina simply uses her bra as a handbag!

More than a million people have logged on to watch sassy Winter smuggle her keys, cell phone, lipstick, and even mace inside her brassiere. In one video she even stashes a wrench, scissors, and a claw hammer in there!

Winter came up with the novel idea as her friends often found themselves without pockets or purses to carry their essential items.

“I just told them to give me anything they wanted to take into the party and before I knew it I had three sets of keys, three tubes of lipgloss, three cell phones,” Winter told NBC Chicago. “We sat there for like five minutes rearranging things until it looked like absolutely nothing was in there.”

I’m not sure the technique would ever convince me to trade in my favourite bag, but I’ll bet it gets Winter plenty of offline attention too! Here’s the video showing her bra carrying the bare necessities.

VBH is one of the hottest designers right now thanks to the star power of famous fans like Michelle Obama, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Taylor Swift. But I’m not completely sold on this next big thing. For every bag I love, there’s another one I loathe. Thankfully this clutch falls into the former camp.

It’s crafted from ostrich leather, but it’s nothing like the skins we normally see. Most ostrich purses are dotted with quill follicles. This distinctive leather is taken from the bird’s back, and the demand for it drives the price sky high. VBH has used a less prestigious skin, so we get the durability of ostrich without the exorbitant cost. The $1,850 retail value isn’t exactly cheap, but it’s a great deal less than you’ll pay for the bumpy bags!

Of course, without the bumps VBH needed something else to hold our interest. Stamping the clutch with reptilian scales is a strange choice considering the purse’s origins, yet it works! Add a sunny mustard shade of yellow and you’ve got a real head-turner.

The most disappointing part is the lack of practical perks. This clutch is all style ladies, with none of those creature comforts to back it up. Forget about pockets, or shoulder straps. Forget about usable space as well. It might be long, but it’s so narrow you’ll never fit everything you want inside it.

This is the kind of purse you’ll have a love/hate relationship with. You’ll wish for that shoulder strap when you want to grab a canapé from a passing tray, and you’ll curse yourself for leaving that essential lipgloss behind. But then you’ll look at it, and smile, because it’s gorgeous. And sometimes, that’s the most important thing.

Okay, I won’t lie. I’ve never really been a woman on the Judith Leiber bandwagon. I went to one of her stores in Las Vegas and was literally dumbfounded by the prices and the bizarre array of multicolored crystals. But, since there’s an exhibit of her designs not ten blocks from my home, I thought I’d give her line another look. 

Truthfully, I still don’t really get what the fuss is about. Of course, my personal aesthetic is basically all black, denim and leather, so who’s surprised? But this parrot really caught my eye. The striking red color and multicolored accents, I have to admit, are masterfully rendered. Even the markings around the parrots eyes are realistic, or at least as realistic as Swarovski can get.

The hard-shelled little purse isn’t the height of practicality, but you can pretty much see that by looking at it. This is for a big night on a big town and almost nothing in between. The 7″ handle drop ensures that this pretty birdie stays close at hand, which it really should with a $5,695 price tag. 

The gold leather lined interior is almost as opulent as the exterior, and well-arranged with a simple patch pocket. This is luxury at its most whimsical, coming soon to an opera house near you.

Available in purple or altogether sensible black options, this fabric and leather tote can work all the seasons. It will look best, however, with sexy fur collars and sumptuous cashmere. This is a classy bag that begs for elegance.

With attractive python and chunky silver hardware, this bag is unlikely to let you down. Be careful, however as gray stains easily and may get damaged in less time that the boring black option!

Victoria Beckham plans to expand her VB fashion line, with handbags next on the agenda. She reportedly hopes the endeavor will take her brand to the top-end of the accessories markets.

“Victoria is looking for designers from the top houses to help her put together a high end collection that will rival her favorite brands, like Louis Vuitton and Dior,” a source claims. “She wants the range to be classic but contemporary, and she’s interviewing designers she wants to work with personally.“

Vicks has certainly got an eye for high-end fashion, with a collection of Hermes Birkins reportedly worth £1.5million. And that’s not to mention all her other arm candy!

But I have to wonder where Mrs Beckham finds the time! Between being a supportive soccer wife, mother of three, occasional singer, and sometimes American Idol judge, she’s one busy lady! Hopefully she’ll find a moment to give this handbag business a real go, rather than simply slapping her name on the finished product.

Well, I can’t really beat around the bush on this one, so I’ll just come right out with my first impression of the Canterbury Haircalf Tote. Basically, it combines two of my least favorite fashion details: animal print and furry texture. The two aren’t exclusively abhorrent to me, but I tend to dislike them when they’re together.

Although I’m usually a fan of B. Makowsky handbags, this one really caught me off guard. It’s not that there aren’t any redeeming qualities about this tote; I just have a hard time getting past the obvious features of it. I’m sure there are many women who love the western-inspired look that haircalf provides, but I’ve never been on board with the trend. Perhaps I just feel that, as a native Texan, it would be seen as a tad cliché for me to wear.

That being said, there are a few admirable attributes of the Canterbury. First, it’s not completely covered in pony hair. That detail is confined to the front insert of the handbag. Also, the shape of the tote is attractive and somewhat contemporary.

As you’d expect from the brand, the Canterbury has bold metallic hardware that catches the eye. For animal-print lovers who can’t get enough, the interior is lined in B. Makowsky’s signature leopard print lining. This tote definitely won’t get PETA’s seal of approval, but it will definitely interest gals who like a little western style.

Emilio Pucci’s eponymous line is famous for its wild, swirly psychedelic prints and bright, punchy colors. Pucci prints are among the most easily recognizable designer goods, and have been used to frock the fabulous for some fifty years.

Usually, I’m not that into the line’s accessories. I love the prints, but the bright bright brights that really stand out on silk always look a little washed out on canvas or leather, which a lot of the bags are made of. This little number, on the other hand, takes a totally new approach to interpreting the Pucci signature pattern. It has a globby, bean shape that looks like part of the usual print, only in ultra-fabulous metallic.

This is not exactly a practical bag. At 6″ x 4″ x 2″, it will barely hold anything besides your keys, and since it has a hard case, there’s just no give. But this baby wasn’t meant to be practical, and if you need to lug a lot of stuff around, well, it isn’t for you. This is a statement bag, if ever I saw one, and the statement it makes is simultaneously retro and, at the same time, fashion forward. Delicious. 

The push clasp opening is so sleek, it’s practically invisible, which really grooves with the ultra-modern appeal. It’s like a little wearable pod that will make your whole ensemble totally memorable. With a lot of hard-edged nostalgic trends on the horizon, I see big things for this little bean’s future.

If neon patchwork is your thing, and channelling eighties wildness is what you do, however, then this synthetic leather bag is actually great fun. Citrus orange, pinks, glossy browns and vibrant greens. The interior, thankfully, sticks with simple safe black, meaning that anything can get spilt and the damage should be minimal.

The bad points about this abstract totes are fairly self explanatory. The eye-watering shades will be too much for many, most colors will clash, and the luxuries are definitely a little scarce. In you feel like having impractical fun on a credit crunch budget, however, then this 80’s tote will be ideal!
