Katie “Jordan” Price is clearing out her closet and selling the surplus on eBay. The former page three girl and ex-wife of Peter Andre is offloading footwear, jewelry, clothing, and of course, handbags. But don’t expect to see droolworthy designer purses. These bags belong to Jordan after all.

Jordan’s eBay store includes blingtastic accessories from Guess, Juicy Couture, Iceberg, and Hello Kitty. There’s a lot of leopard print, and plenty of pink. If you’re looking for subtlety, you won’t find it here.

If you love Jordan’s flamboyant style though, this auction will be right up your alley. You can feel good spending up too, with a percentage of sales set to benefit The Vision Charity and The Pituitary Foundation. She neglects to say exactly what percentage will reach the causes, but I’d hope it’s more than the amount lining her already full pockets.

Juicy Couture Purses on eBay

Gwen Stefani’s Harajuku Lovers label is normally loud and lairy, but she’s toned things down for the Cupcake cosmetic bag.

The design has none of the colors typical of the brand, but this purse still has plenty of personality. The natural toned canvas forms the ideal background for Gwen Stefani’s playful design. Pale grey ink mimics the diamond quilting of a classic Chanel bag, while darker black dye forms pretty pearls and buttons. When so many inexpensive purses have bare backs, it’s nice to see a hand-drawn logo plate there.

While Harajuku Lovers doesn’t skimp on the design, it does let us down on features. This purse is too small to hold most cosmetic sets, making it more appropriate for a night on the town than weekends away. There also aren’t any pockets so keeping your glosses and powders organized is a bit of a challenge.

It’s called a cosmetics case, but I could imagine the Cupcake working just as well as a casual clutch. That makes the $38 price tag seem extra affordable.

Model and television personality Alexa Chung has been labeled a style icon and It girl due to her unique, quirky sense of fashion. Despite the fact that her MTV show It’s on with Alexa Chung was recently cancelled, the British star is still catching headlines in the fashion world.

Designer label Mulberry has designed a handbag inspired specifically by Alexa with plans to release it early next year along with its spring/summer collection. Similar to the model’s classic meets eclectic outfits, this new bag is a twist on one of Mulberry’s very popular and very traditional bags, the Bayswater.

The Alexa tote, which will be available in multiple colors and prints, can be carried on your shoulder or across the body with its extra strap. Although the handbag isn’t due out in stores or Mulberry’s online shop until January 12, Chung has already been carrying around her namesake for a few months. The Alexa bag is set to retail at just over $1,100.

This Rafe Joss tote isn’t exactly what you’d call demure and feminine. In fact, it’s the exact opposite with its edgy vibe and details.

If your style icons include the likes of Kate Moss and Rihanna, chances are that you’ll love the Joss tote. Its style channels the tough look of a leather biker jacket.

Despite the obvious mimicry of the design, the bag maintains a chic and stylish tone rather than one that seems obvious and forced.

The Latico Vyntage range goes even more retro than normal with this formal satchel tote.

To begin the vintage look of this tote, we have the smart black leather exterior. The leather is of a beautiful quality, yet also manages to look slightly aged, like a vintage briefcase. Then there is the shape; the gorgeous square frame with wonderful doctors bag handles. In fact, every little touch isn’t just Vyntage, but totally vintage!

Of course, this sort of bag costs plenty of money, especially with all the cute little touches. Those touches include a little gold hardware on the front, smart buckled handles, and a cute paisley lining, all for $219.

I am struggling to find some negatives about this purse, aside from the fact that it is just a little but thin for most people’s wants and needs. Also, the long leather tassel is a feature that breaks from the general retro theme, although it is handy. All in all, however, this is gorgeous, vintage and high quality.

I am afraid it is unavoidable; Christmas is here and as such the time has come to lust over beautiful velvet purses all over again.

My pick of the month is this subtle beauty, the Unique, from relatively unknown designer, Franchi. With a soft and strokable twist on the old rose bud purses, this really is perfect for the cold winter months.

Velvet always goes brilliantly with the glitz and glamour that accompanies the winter party season, especially what with the plethora of diamonds and fur trims that are all over the market. Even better, black velvet will always come back into fashion again no matter what, and works for weddings through to clubbing and all evening occasions in between.

The slouchy shape of this purse is perhaps my favorite bit. It looks like it has been twisted oh-so-carefully to get just the right amount of crumpled fabric, and to reflect the light and shadows in just the right way. Combine that with the quiet yet obvious rose, and you are onto a winner. It is such a shame that the velvet will eventually wear away, as this could have been a favorite for many a season.

With a convenient (if a little gaudy) handle and cute rosette, this is the girly purse for all those girls who simply hate pink.

Halston keep it simple with the Foxy Pochette. It’s stylish to be sure, but foxy? I’m not sure this purse has enough sex appeal to earn its saucy moniker.

In my opinion, this pochette is far too reserved to be truly foxy. After all, sophisticated black will never have as much fun as lusty red or even cheery yellow. But by keeping the color conservative, at least we know this Halston clutch is easily paired with any outfit. It’s a good thing too, because if I paid $862.50 for a purse I’d want to carry it everywhere! I do worry about how the notoriously poor wearing suede would look if I did though!

The logo printed closure is subtle, with white text gently contrasting with the complementary black plate. It lets everyone know you’re carrying a Halston original, but it doesn’t scream it.

The simple envelope style is timeless, but not exactly practical. The slender design means you’re limited to carrying cash, cards, and maybe a skinny little cell. There’s also no room for a tuck-away strap, so you’re left carrying this purse the old fashioned way.

It may not be the most adventurous, or foxiest, purse around, but the Foxy Pochette provides a nice alternative to Halston’s much louder Foldover Clutch.

Gustto’s Baca shoulder bag combines classic styling and functional features, but don’t accuse it of being boring.

The vibrant color options ensure this bag is no wallflower. This bold turquoise shade reminds me of sparkling Caribbean waters, while the lilac option is a little more reserved. Both hues are complemented by oversized metal hardware. The large decorative ring and big bold studs add a little individuality to this simply styled purse.

After seeing the lovely leather used on the exterior, it’s a little disappointing to see only faux suede inside. I suppose it keeps the price from skyrocketing, but I’d have appreciated the genuine article. At least practical features aren’t forgotten. There are a couple of slip pouches, and a zippered pocket with a keychain pull. A top zipper keeps all your bits and pieces tucked safely inside.

It’s not the most dressed up purse, but this Baca bag could easily make the transition from daytime use to an evening at a casual restaurant or after-work drinks with your gal pals.
